Should 4x clog suicide strat be banned in 4v4

Imo yes. In my opinion any kind of clogging deserves to be banned, as it takes advantage of a game-glitch. If you leak so much that you clog, then you are already at a game-deciding disadvantage and deserve to lose.

Players, who keep playing this strategy, just risk that clogging altogether might be banned, as finding a phrasing, that forbids one and somewhat turns a blind eye on the other, seems too hard. At least I cant think of one atm.

Future rule (worst case) might look like: Your leaks clog -> your team instant-loses. Let your king die next level or on that level. If opponents die that round before you can let your king die, prepare for incoming temporary unvouch.

Don't push mods into a situation, where they have to do hard changes. We don't like that either. But we can also not let the league go down this way. Any 900 ELO noob can play that strategy. Rather have no league than that, but that's my personal opinion.

making an entirely new map seems very exaggerated and unneccesary. If people actually cared for the league they would realise that the idea of this league was to have a friendly, skillbased league and that these clog strats and massive leak strats pre 10 doesn't do jack shit for the league in long term. If we were to keep doing this strat eventually the league would die as every game would end up with no requirement of skill but meerely a matter of who makes the correct strategi as a team. I get the point that people want to win at all cost, but at the cost of a skill required league? I would rather sacrifice half my elo than do these lame ass strats every game just to win.
All the fun IMO about LTD is doing the best with what you have, not doing your somewhat worst just to leak more, for more time and income. I liked the league much better back when it was all about doing the math from level to level. When it was about building in a way so you would assist your team in HOLDING the others attempts to break you - as the game originally was intended. These are the reason I came to love LTD.
Honestly I don't enjoy playing LTD as I once did simply because games are decided by strategies more than skill.

My point of all of this is simply to try and make LIHL understand where all of this abuse of LTD mechanics to gain victory is leading us and to pray that you all will try to make LIHL a place we can play HIGH SKILL games for years to come and not just the short term elo hunting.

It's just natural for people want to win no matter what

It's just that 4v4 seems to be a really unbalanced mode and takes the skill out of building

It is also very hard to ban something that might occur naturally through a game even if you don't want to do it and if you enforce a rule it will fuck up some peoples in game tower luck. Imagine three people on your team roll aquas or mutants. What do you want them to do? Build for 5? Even if it's detrimental to them when another superior option is available for them?

Not an easy decision, but I voted "No". I do agree the clogging tactic is not fun. But more than that I agree with what Tastay said. It is already questionable (but understandable) that it is decided for us where we must build, but if it also is decided how and what we must build I will pass for that.

I do agree that legion is not fun anymore, mainly due to the yolo strategy. I used to love playing games but now I just don't find it as interesting anymore. I haven't seen the new 4v4 strategy since i havent played in like 2 weeks, but I have a good idea of what is going on, and actually predicted it would happen after I was instructed to go 7 3 for 5 and not even care about holding even if i could.

I hope we can all agree that selling towers for 6, in order to leak really really hard, should be banned?!
I mean even if we try to split, we just build delays and stuff, but never actually sell one of our towers (at least I never noticed that in-game).

If we banish that abomination, the lvl 7 send reduced by the suiciders will be hardly. Cause they are still busy upgrading regen and hp during 5.
