Of course, you can join LIHL.
But before you want to join, there are prerequisite you have to follow, try to read uakf.b's thread and follow the rules.
Also, try to download your games in stats section and attach replays in your application.
If you're done with your application, please post it and call @wolfwarrior or other LIHL Mods ( Diablo_ , Hutzu )
We will check your application and decided whether you're capable to enter or not.
