and im trying to recruit for our time zone. (late night eastern)

these are player who show potential and can adapt.

A lot of players at 1100 dislikes him, and i agree hes not a friendly player rofl

kill_noob is in his own world, de he is a decent pub player, not ready for lihl imo, and i say that because everything u say to him, he ignore u. rockandrolled is ok if u need a bad teacher ) he always feel he have to teach u everything, no matter your skill is far better than his, rest, he is good player, if he accept guidance, he might be ready for lihl. powerplant i think he is ready to apply lihl. rest i have no ideea.
EDIT : i forgot about xryanius, he is ready for lihl too i think.

I can't say much about any of them. But as always, if you think someone might be ready for LIHL, ask him to apply

Although, I played so many games with all of players which are commented on this post,
I would not comment on players here.

The reason could be described as two
First, I haven't played 1100+ or pub since almost 1 month ago(except just few games with lihl people), after I started to play so many games in LIHL (which is over 300 games in a month) So, my judgement could be different than real players' playing these days.
Second, majority of players who are on this recruit list are koreans, and I know them so well because I have played with them before, If I comment here with my opinions, I'm not even sure about myself that I would give neutral comments. (However, I'm sure I would judge players with their replays.)

So, I won't write down my personal thoughts here and will judge by only their attached replays when they applied.

But I like to comment that @pewpewlasergun brought us his opinion which could have been discussed with LIHL players,
Because I do respect and refer LIHL players' opinions when I'm making decisions.

So feel free to comment on here and I will guarantee comments will effect later on their Vouch Requests. (Although, main judgements should be always by their attached replays. and application)

I know Im not the best player in LIHL by far but I do have the skill set enough to pass judgement. And Ref. is by far one of the worst players i have played with in 1100. Idk how he even made it to that amount of elo (probably carried by other player) I have played with the rest and like me and everyone else they have their own play styles. Most can Yolo well and now standard builds for game just take some refining time one in league. To a custom them self with few new styles. stuff that i still am trying to get use to as well! On a side note i have played with rocknrolled a few times lately and he never seems to have a bad attitude with me. ( I do feel though i can be a dick some times when playing with some people) maybe its the same with him. Idk just my take on all. Always down to have some more people, keeps more games going!

just reapply with good replay like maybe the one u beat me and diablo_

mods sometimes make mistake, because they want to make sure new vouch dont team kill by playing bad.

if i remember correctly you were the first one to tell me mass bugs creeps at r12. maybe 2 years ago in ent18 ^^

rocknrolled is one of the most obnoxious and cancerous players in the LTD community. He has applied before under different aliases and has been denied. I would vote 10000x against his recruitment into the LIHL.

I have no opinion on the others.
