Hi, I have been fucked over by him PPing too many times, I really don't think giving a warning is correct here, he has done it dozens of times, I would really like to see a ban at this stage.

I wasn't all active over the month, but to me it looks like the first complaint on the forum about this stuff. I think a warning does look appropriate.
He might have done it before, but if nobody reports it or has link to those games/accidents, then the mods are left with statement vs statement.

No problem, it is win win now anyway, either he stops dodging or gets banned next time.

As Hutzu said, if no one reports stuff we can't do anything about it. That one game doesn't look like pp to me, because .. why would he pp there?
