well i dont know what happend when someone merc by mistake i think he have to leave first then draw and he got a dc penalty but all ppl just draw it before he leave so i think i have to post it because win was ours...

@healbycolor you know you have to leave the game (and other people can still decide whether they want to report it for dc pen or not).

Unvouched for 1 day, dc penalty can't be applied since he didn't leave.
