Please, tell me who posted me for dc in min 2 for dc??? its my 4th time dc pen.. that means i have -83 elo just from dc. I never said something when i got dc later in game, but now ??? in min 2 of game ( lvl 1) ?? wtf, dont u think is a bit unfair ?

my connection is not from internet nor from router. when i have that problem i dont know wjhatb the fuck happens, cause my game starts to frame so hard by the time passing. but this happens only in game because if i alt tab, everything is fine, but when i go back in game, frame becomes unbareble. and i always get dc cause game never recover. But pc is still fine, i just have to quit game for good and start it again. dont know wtf is this but it happens to me .. got 4 dc pen for this shit.

That statement just sounds so childish and uneducated.

Firstly, whether someone reports you should have no effect on the respect towards them. If you violate a rule, even for disconnecting, you are subject to punishment. The league, just like ENT, relies on players reporting violations. What you are trying to do is suppressing them by threatening. And that itself is just bad sportsmanship.

Secondly, (lihl) moderators do not have to be ingame to enforce the (league) rules. As long as there's a replay as proof, you are ban-able for your actions if they violate the rules.

That's a known bug and you are solely responsible for it as you can easily fix/avoid it by simply restarting your warcraft 3 after having played CF.

Usually we don't report if someone dc at lvl 1, but this is not mandatory. It's all about just players' will. Try to get Gproxy if you don't want to be disconnected and get penalty.
