My suggestion is change the elo system like that:

-All games will be 15/15 elo, doesnt matter the avarege elo from each team
-All games will be captain mode
-Games will be created like always, with !start !start3 !start2
-Captains will be the 2 highest elo
-The lowest elo from the 2 highest will start choosing.
- When all people join the game, captains can start choosing and the game owner do the changes
Imo this will improve a lot games like 2s, and will almost end all drama and rage since u play with friends almost all games.

If you want 15/15, just go with win/lose.

Lihl players stack a lot? Isnt the playerbase small and one another player frequently together regardless of elo?

Sounds good in theory but boy would this increase the 'drama' 10 fold. Wouldn't work in practice.

agrees with supersexyy..i see several positives, but the negatives takes over for me

people might not join games if they didn't get the team they wanted.

I wouldn't hate if teams were decided by players elo at first so the averages were even, but then you played for 15/15 elo.

Same can be said about the current system, that's a weak counterargument
It would still be a rulebreak and would be subject for penalty.

Personally I'm no big fan of 15/15 Elo win/loss.
I think godlikes suggestion would reduce flaming/rage but it would probably increase "drama" in the lobby (unfair team, qq cause godlike isn't in same team as fua, qq cause patarinsky isn't in same team with martny etc). I think at the end of the day both systems are about equal, both having pros and cons.

the system is going to create too much power in the hands of high elo players. low elo players won't have any say, high elo will have all the say. why should only players with higher ELO get to choose?

add the part people are already tired of long time before games start..imagine picking teams every time and some people go afk, wait 5 mins for him to join , wait another 5 mins for people to decide and then..woot, lets 4s instead of 3s, there´s 2 more players..repick teams and so on :S

In the current system i played 4 18-12 games which i didnt like and i couldnt dodge since i was signed.There has to be something about it that could be changed.

Even with 15/15 system, those who win more will have higher elo than those who lose more.

Armed seems to be arguing the fact that elo does not take into consideration the total number of games played and unfair matchups with autobal. Although, elo is just an approximate skill measure.

Why dont you guys keep the elo system as it is and just random team instead of autobal based on elo?
