Hi guys,
I would PM this apology if I knew who it was meant to go to. I don't really know who I offended but I know I was an asshole last night. I had had a really bad day and got horrendously drunk.
I am sorry to whoever I was rude to, I was not acting myself.

I did nothing to you or attacked you ingame/forum before you flamed me badly. I assume it was the same with that player, you just need someone you can bully to be statisfied
