means nothing. chat only records to other players after everyone loads the map.

Actually all the players that were finished loading like ba and helekiller should of seen this message.

Sry but, Nope.

No one can see any form for chat, except /whispers, untill 1,5 seconds after the last player have loaded the map.

Players can only see chat once all players are done loading the map. Regardless of the order finished. Just because it is the "lag screen" doesn't mean players can see. These players are loading the game. The game/bot/whatever is made so that players load into the map to wait for other players instead of on the loading screen. Chat is only received to the other players after ENT says "Good luck and have fun"

The "lag screen" chat can only be seen when a player is actually lagging, not when they are loading into the game.

You can chat with other people who have already loaded, that's the main reason to make it have lag screen instead of loading screen.

@uakf.b like I said correct? I spoke off of experience not what I thought I have spoke with many ppl while players were loading. Get the facts straight!

We just tested it, you indeed can not read other peoples' messages until everyone has finished loading.

in what game? or when did this change? Or why is it such a big deal he went afk? It happens all the time
