I think the elo system for dc should be back!!
Not only take points from who dc but give the points for who was on game and wasted their time =)
And for the ones who dc without proxy, a double dc penalty should be applied!!

Elo will not be given to the person that didn't dc.

I think a better suggestion would be to draw every single game past lvl 20

any game post 20 sucks
