2.) The story why I didnt have GProxy ...
On this game ( https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=6647889) I was stuck like 3 min on loading screen and kicked from bnet before the game even started. After that my GProxy didnt work for USeast anymore (typical bug). I played the next game ( https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=6648044 ) without GProxy and without dc.

4.) Why PP is a reeeally reaaaaaally bad idea
If I lose the game I lose around 15 ELO (+/- ballance). If I PP on a 3s I lose 20 ELO? (well I think its 20, 5players x 4 ELO?). What are my benefits from PP? (for clarification @PP_haters 20 ELO is more then 15 because 20 is a bigger number. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20. As you can see here, the "20" is located 5 digits after the "15". That means that number is bigger and I lose more ELO.

Furthermore everybody was on the bad side of the dc before and thinks he should have get a win instead. Plus most players think that they are more unlucky than others... (its completly random/balanced over a certain amount of games, like rolling the dice, its a mathematical fact. This sensation creates because you remember being on the bad side of a dc stronger and longer than being on the furtunate side of it. especially if it happens a few times in a row)

We never know for sure if ilocos dc'd or pp'd. The only thing that I can say is that he had inet problems and due to that his gproxy didnt work. However I know him as a well mannered, fair player and doubt that he would pp, even it it looked suspicious.

Because I already knew this shit comes up I made a video of my screen right after the "PP" ... as you can see its just frozen, I dont have the "wait for host" window which means my connection was fine, just Warcraft III The Chilly Throne was frozen.

7.) Since I dc'ed on lvl 8 with 90 leaks its totaly ok to play the lvl out with 0 heals. But to keep on playing is the players choice. If only a signle one wants a draw you have to draw.

I never PP. DC happen randomly, and yes, sometimes there are suspicios situations when someone disconnects. But pls stay objective and dont rage. Always remember, anger leads to fear. Just for your information, I have never ever posted a single dc report, be it suspicios or not. Must be cuz I really dont care that much like you nerds. Just show sportmansship and dont accuse me.

Rules are rules and they are meant to be followed. We try to phrase and implement enough rules, but not too many, to cover for 95% of cases. The draw rule is an agreement amongst all lihl players. W/e the case was concerning the dc, w/e you could assume, and w/e seems doubtful...is subjective and not definite. We can only choose or not choose to believe the words of the person who dc. Everyone wants to win and disconnecting is not beneficial for most people. Everyone disconnects at some point and will be treated equally via a dc penalty.

If certain players decided to not draw because it was likely to win the game, even though they were suppose to draw, that is a choice they made, but which goes against the draw and dc penalty agreement.

May be ilo did dc or pp, who knows. For now, we are suppose to give dc penalty, give others some elo for their time, and give ilonthe benefit of the doubt. We wont be doing anything further until there is a continuing pattern of disconnections.
