Hi there.

i was just wondering, why do people become lihl mods if they don't even want to enforce the rules when they are witnessing them while they take action.

i was just sniped from a game, that was unhosted 3 minutes after it was hosted, for whatever reason might be, and then a new game is made and started before 5 minutes is even passed from the previous game, that being said, 2 lihl moderators are signed to this game, and does not ensure that things go the way they are suppose to go.

Am i the only one that has become tired of situations like these ?

Do we have our own community moderators just for the fun of it ?

Well I was around(semi afk in lobby pregame tho, didnt even notice anyone getting mad about it so pretty suprised by this post)

If i read right in chat from lobby, one of the players who couldnt join were banned from ent, which means, he couldnt play the game, and one or multiple players then asked for unhost and rmk.
By rules, you are not allowed to swap players unless all players agree, and since someone asked for an unhost, he obviously did not want to swap players, which means it was impossible to start the game.

No idea what rules were broken except for possible signing for a game while banned on ent. Not sure if an unhost pre 5 min would go under command abuse? Doubt it in this case since there was 0% chance the game would be started.

No idea if the answers helps anything, I might have missed something since i was afk in lobby, but those were my observations.

If I recall correctly the banned player who couldnt join was avadakedavra.

However in this very uncommon (imo not as dong said as dong said *every day*) sitation the game was aborted by 1007 after 3 instead of 5min because the game couldnt start. I don't see any command abuse or reason why the other players would have had to wait 2min min.
Meanwhile fiji openend another 4s in lobby (which has little to do with snipe imo...). So after the game was aborted everybody signed for fijis game quickly (dong apparently not quickly enough) so he got unlucky.

I don't that anybody in person behaved in way that he deserves a ban in this case.

i never said " every day " anywhere what so ever, at all.

And, so by your definition as a moderator, as long as i start a 4s game, solo or not, i can by your definition i state, NEVER snipe anyone ? people that think that they are sniped, are simple not "fast enough" ? am i correct on this matter ? no, cause this is Bull****

it has allways been so, that if a game is unhosted for whatever reason there might be, the players that were signed to that game, have a slot for the following game that gets hosted, why else do we ever have " snipe " situations. ?

and sorry if i feel a little mad, i just /whispered several players, when i couldn't sign and couldn't join as an obs either, including you @v1rus, stating that i was sniped. and you somewhat affirmed me in that. wich is why i wonder why the game got started at all, when at least 4 out of 8 players were informed of this. Either you or brave should have stepped in. That is my concern.

"Sniping" is not against the rules, that's the point.
Game couldn't be started because a player was banned and couldn't join. Another player was against swapping in someone else, so unhosting was the only possibility. And in the next game the people who signed can play, the others have bad luck.

Mmm wasnt even aware anyone got sniped, but i would probably not do anthing against it since its pretty much impossible to decide who should have a spot and who shouldnt? ..not really sure what could have been done?
if a 4s are unhosted, and 4 players are signed for another 4s, do you really think its possible to make 3 of those unsign to let the 7 from other game sign? Its pretty much impossible, which of the 4 players should play? which 3 gets left out?

If you have any solution to the problem, feel free to post, otherwise i cant see the problem, if a game cant be started, there is no fair way to make sure people in last game got a spot?

@dong yeah well u indeed didnt say everyday situation... u said *situations like these* which means pretty much the same for me.
Anyway I dont have anything to add to what brave said. I agree with him.
