Who fails* this game???

Not the best game for fogey and me particular midgame 10+ and the first lihl game i was really pissed :/.
So here my question: Who was right?

About fogey: no communication; bad behavior; skill lvl was really bad this game (just his placement was good rest was crap)

@ art)Y was no offence against fogey. It was meant for both of us. Maybe im wrong so....
