I tried a poll here (https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=207&t=86354).

But the current Elo gain/win loss is different than I thought and I think it is hard to see how it works. That's why this poll is only about +15/-15 or Matchup based. If the latter is chosen, we can see during the season if it needs tweaking with random teams.

I like random system , but prefer to play for the real elo , not 15/15 at all.

well i like random teams but without any balancing it suxx :O had so many 3/27 games this season.

I understand why people would want games to reflect the teamskills a bit, but I still voted for +15/-15, because:
1. Activity. More activity for top players and in other option people will start dodging/become inactive way sooner.
2. Drama. In other option people will start complaining about match-ups and Elo gain/loss sooner.

I agree with Mick.
15/15 will eliminate some problems and people can purely focus on the game itself instead of checking !scores every time and thinking/complaining about the Elo on stake etc.

Yeah but there is lot of games like team 1 is only top players and team 2 is just bot players which make no sense really , thats why id like to play random teams but lets make it playing for the real elo ...

i totally agreee

Seems the only option to make everyone happy is random teams + autobalance. I voted "real elo" but in fact i dont rlly care much about the outcome.

Can it be like past elo system min10/20max elo games + random teams ?
Matter with true elo is you gonna play some games for 3elo so ppl gonna more be able to dodge lobby ect..
15/15 random teams delete elo system, as we played this season, so its points system and only matter is ur win/loses difference but still fix dc penalities which i dont think its appropriate for pts system.

I voted for "matchup-based elo" aswell, BUT not calculated like in the old system ... would be to hard playing 5/25 games all the time.
Could even happen that a guy with negative win% goes to be top10
Maybe it could be maxed by 10/20, or (i think thats even better) the algorythm could be changed, so a former 25/5 game now is a 21/19 and a former 20/10 is a 18/12 and so on. Thats ez to calculate/code.

5/25 haven't existed for multiple seasons fyi...

I remember how i and Fiji lost about 100 elo in 4 games on the same day in a row (2v2) - was quite funny and stupid either.
