NVIDIA Driver WC3 Crashes

Hey guys,
I'm sorry I've been DCing so much lately. It seems like all the time my computer keeps crashing when I'm in a Legion TD game. My screen just goes completely black and I can't do anything except restart my computer so even gproxy doesn't help. I've tried everything to fix this from updating drivers, messing with registry, changing NVIDIA settings, etc.
If anyone has had a similar issue and fixed it please let me know how. I'm using 2x GTX 670M w/ SLI if that's of any use. It's strange because I play lots of more demanding games than WC3 and I never crash. I have another laptop with a really shitty integrated graphics card that also never crashes on WC3. I might have to start using that if these problems persist.

Try 347.52 , it's more stable for older games.

bad idea to touch the registry.
reinstall windows, u need to do it every now and then when things get messy, especially if u install/uninstall software alot.

Also my experience with W10 : you need to reinstall WIII after each important update (including graphic adapter). otherwise very frequent crashes

Had same problem, solved after i tried different resolutions in windows/wc3.

i used the smallest resolution in windows, i think 600x800. In wc3 i dont remember. My problem was when i minimized from wc3 to windows the screen turned black (sometimes) and I had to restart pc.
With small resolution problem was gone.

Best way to avoid all such stuff: Run WC3 windowed.

That's wasn't it.
FYI the solution was to underclock graphics card by a LOT whenever I play WC3. No idea why modern GFX card have such a problem with this old ass game, but that's that.
