Yeah, gonna have to bring up Eld again. Just had a game with him where he caused so many problems for the team with how he acted, not to mention how terribly he played. Leaking 2 to no send. staying 7/2 on 10 and leaking all 3 bosses to a tiny send.

Micks handling of the last topic was absolutely dire. Since he seems to be protecting Eld in a biased way, I would hope someone else can look at Eld's case.

Ways in which Mick was biased towards Eld:

Immediately shut down the poll for Elds unvouch in which there was 100% unvouch votes.

Mick then posts - "If you have complaints about eldryanthewise, tell us why and show us where he misbehaves. This also goes for others, if you agree with this, tell us why and show us evidence on it."

There was several posts from a multitude of players doing exactly that and yet your reply at the end was

"I think the complaints are obvious now. No matter if you want to be liked or not, you do play in an in-house league @eldryanthewise , and that means you at least need to be able to communicate with people. So dont use !ignore unless you get flamed/there is spam. Also behave in other ways in a way that is reasonable in a league. If you don't understand what I mean, then just stick to communicating about calls in the game.

I also see Eldryanthewise is using !ignore for reasons in the past. So when eldryan stops using !ignore I don't want to see any baiting/provoking/flaming. If any of this happens the persons responsible can expect a temporary unvouch.

In short: behave like adults - communicate about basic stuff and no instigating. If anyone can't do this feel free to PM me or make a topic here showing it. I trust on it that this is done if you stick to this. Archiving."

You just completely ignored everyone and did nothing at all and then you have the actual nerve to threaten people with bans if they provoke Eld? Are you joking? How dare you? He provokes people without fail in every game. You got tons of evidence posted right there and you do nothing about it and threaten others with bans.

99% of people hate this guy and do not want to play with him, stop ignoring the situation and deal with it, he isn't changing how he acts even after the last topic, this is not going away.

We have most often if not always shut down such polls in the past and I also agree with what Mick said. Calling everyone biased who doesn't share your opinion isn't a good characteristic btw.

Ignoring people right at the start without reason is not ok and if Eld keeps doing this he will see consequences. Other than that Eld's attitude might be annoying for many, perhaps even for most, but it doesn't rly go against the rules and if it doesn't get more extreme an unvouch seems a bit over the top. There definitely also are people who aren't big fans of Eld yet get along with him.

Regardless, Eldryan keep in mind that you are walking on rather thin ice and if the situation becomes worse it might happen that we have to think about what is best for LIHL as a whole, so try to work on your attitude/your communication.

I am not saying he is biased because he disagrees with me. I am saying he is biased, because he is biased.

Shrimp got unvouched for attitude problems that are not as severe as Eldryans.

He is getting unfair treatment because he was one of the founding members of the lihl.

You are biased towards him, he has received no punishment for terrible attitude and behavior

If you do not tolerate them, then why are you doing nothing in this situation where 99% of people do not want to play with someone due to their attitude?

When I see the chat, I see a bunch of people picking on one person, and when they keep doing that, he is responding. In my book that is downright childish bullying, and if you call me out for being biased against people bullying (@iistyles, your behavior is despicable), then yes.

Obviously, if Eldryan misbehaves I take it as seriously as any other player.

I cannot believe you. You and Diablo question my character and call me a bully because one person is ruining every game he plays in and we don't like it. You are just completely ridiculous and are embarrassing yourself at this stage.

This topic is yet another qq without any substance. All Mickey did was protect both sides. A moderator's job is not just siding with one party but both. He will have to protect Eld, too, or he is doing something wrong (aka being biased).

Besides - and as already mentioned - polls have no place in leagues. We will discuss matters and not vote for it without any opinions posted. Especially when it comes to something this crucial.

If you think he violated the ignore rule, report it. Dont use the same quotes à la "everyone complained already." Post topics, post the games, quote the chat and let the mods judge. Can't be that hard; but if you continue to claim the same things, no one will take you serious.

As you asked for someone else to take on this case, I will side with the league's moderation and consider this case as solved until further - actual - proof is provided to take action on. If you would like to continue blaming everyone else why this case doesn't go forward instead of providing evidence as required by ENT's administrative & league guidelines, then it can't be such a big issue.

I took the time to provide proof 9 times with the ignore rule how can you guys just sweep it under the rug.

it's called a hate-train for a reason. check out diablo-'s warning to me about behavior, w/o a single piece of evidence. what exactly is the warnings about? !ignore was according to teh rules, and other ppl have done it as well.

the warning is for being an aggravating player to deal with eld. You need to reevaluate the way you act in game, because it bothers a lot of people. Speaking for myself, i have a huge problem with flaming, i know it, i try to control it but its hard sometimes as i am a competitive person. I accept it and try my best to control it.

For yourself, you turn the simplest things into arguments, to the point where your stubbornness causes people to dodge your team. Just please try to be cooperative, and accept that your behavior is an issue. This many people would not come to forums to complain about you if this was a non-issue. I haven't seen anyone in the league in my limited experience get so much criticism on a post that was barely up for a day.

I don't think you're a bad player, you are one of the better players in the league and I would prefer to keep the talent here, but if you are going to be so defensive about the issue instead of accepting it and working towards improving yourself then i don't see how you will last long here.

also, everyone who breaks the rules gets the same. that includes if you don't like someone and you flame them, vs if they flame you. yet certain players only flame in pub games / on players they don't know through akas.... like vision/etc. oh wait, you are vision? who could have guessed.... you also flamed shrimp or whatever pretending to be guennter? oh, so cool....
