better lihl bots management

can we ask uakf to improve lihl bots.
maybe start by setting redundancy.
ent.lihl down = ent.lihl2 takes over
and give orange basic access to reset bots and so on.

I can reset the bots. Just tag me when bots are down, I will get to it as fast as I can.

I have asked for getting access to the LIHL bots 2 years or so ago and it was denied. I don't think this will change.
About other changes ... uakf.b is busy and if it isn't really important (which this suggestion is not) I doubt he will implement it.
Tagging hazardous seems to be a good enough solution
