Well he made clear he wants the dc pen in 24 h after the game. Just didnt wait for the 2 hours.
I didnt think the 24h works alongside the 2 h rule, so its kinda works against each other. Will discuss with Tom and senpai how these 2 rules work together. Sry if i wronged you
