furthermore: your dc requests passed 24h (15:50 and 16:17 on 14.11.15 vs 16:50 on 15.11.15 report time) deadline and therefore expired.

The corresponding rule:

«Leave and DC penalty will only be applied if the game was successfully drawn, reported within 24 hours on the forum by one who played the game, and once approved by a moderator.»

actually, the games are reported within 24 hours.

The stats page is 1 hour slower than my time. Which would put the games still within the 24 hours report at least for my timezone anyways.

@art)y What is the timezone for the stats page? Is it the same as the board preferences?

I tested by changing my preference to a different zone and stats page time does not change.

Now, if we look at the two pictures below. It will show exactly what I am trying to convey to you.

Now in the picture "Time reported at," You can see that it is reported at 10:50am on Nov 15.

In the picture "Game Ended Time," You can see the time that the games have ended at and the corresponding time of my computer. It is one hour difference.

Now, in the replays, it shows that the time is 14/11/2015, 16:17 and 14/11/2015, 15:50.

These times would then translate to: 15:17 and 14:50. Which would be 3:17pm and 2:50pm.

Now lets do some simple math. If a game is played at 3:17pm and 2:50pm, what would the time be 24 hours later? Lets see, 3:17pm and 2:50pm. Since the game is reported at 10:50am, it is reported before the 24 hour expiration of a DC pen. Thus, the game can be penalized as a DC.

Simple enough?
