Rule player violated: Game Ruining. Player left on our team making it 4v5. He wanted draw or ff. The rest of us did not. He runs around for about 15 mins not doing much at all. By the mid game everyone else is double his level. Also during those 15 mins he doesnt cast one spell. He starts playing somewhat near end of game, but he already cost us the game by not playing early when we needed him 4v5.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): first 15 mins. This is where he runs around and doesn't help and barely levels up.
Any further thoughts: A complete game ruiner. Probably wasn't his first time. Whats worse he had no reason to throw the game. Just did it for fun or to make our team lose.

stfu_u_suck @ east banned 5 days for basically afk griefing. Running around aimlessly when you've played over 1500 games on ent in dota is not ok, thats game ruining.
