Rule player violated: votekick abuse
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 12:20 he rages and use votekick against mirana for doing nothing. Mirana clearly stated he is not going to be there to fight but he didnt listen and starts using votekick because he did not listen and engaged in a battle and died.
Any further thoughts: Votekick should only be used on feeder, not helping one fight because he already said he wont be there is not a reason why someone should be vote kicked. Im not aware if those who are voted gets penalty as well, but if it does then snatch@west also has voted.

LOL first of all. i told him to use his ult and help the team he was at bot and just watched me n my buddy die at bot river.. maby i did rage and i tried to votekick but i knew it wasnt going to pass. all he kept saying in the game was im going to get banned. hes a lil kid and trolled the entire game. please read the stats page link. undef lol nonstop whispering saying im getting banned..

admins go watch replay he says nothing about using ult and mirana clearly stated that he wasnt going to be there. you should go watch replay again shortandsoft and check what mirana says before, its not whether votekick passed or not the behavior of your act is problem , and in later game i stated i will post he said he simply does not care all in the chat on later game.

Use the edit button next time Short no need for double post. Votekick abuse is votekick abuse even if you know its not going to pass. They have the ! ignore in game for a reason. I have been banned for votekick abuse shit happend baddies are bad life goes on. You will prob get banned but make a appeal letting them know u messed up and they will prob short it for you.

I (and other current mods) will not, and have not since I've been here I think, ban anyone for votekick abuse unless an unjust votekick passes OR is wrongly spammed repeatedly against one player (like at least five or more times depending on length of game). It just makes sense that way. A votekick could in fact be rightly started at a certain time within a game and not successfully pass, but then after game conditions change could be viewed in retrospect as unjust. It's a vote...
