Rule player violated: eltoyo is apparently maphacking, reaperswitness was complaining about it all game. saying he was using fog detector, the only thing that gets me, is reaperswitness was able to read the other teams chat as well. not sure if fog detector allows you to do that. I would hope being able to read the other teams chat would result in a year ban as well as the maphacking. it gives an unfair advantage and removes the ability for the other team to strategize.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): from the very beginning reaper was saying axe (eltoyo) was fog clicking on everyone. the chat log will prove this. If you wait until about 10 minutes before the end of the game. reaper is replying to something eltoyo said to his teamates, i sure couldn't see the chat, but reaper sure could.
Any further thoughts: Please check out the replay and perma ban both of these hackers.
