Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): this was a short game, the other team had some teamwork and was ganking us 5vs2 all game, purple stayed mid even after our teamates asked for help multiple times, after top and bot both got ganked around the 5 minute mark purple tried to !ff instead of helping anyone. shortly after that the other team was attacking our base and purple refused to defend and let them take the bot rax. Right after that, DG was attacking our top rax alone, and purple just sat in base while he took it. it's pretty obvious he was intentionally throwing the game.
Any further thoughts: please ban this guy.

denied. around 18min the accused party was defending top against spider to stop him from raxing. the rest of sentinel died bot and lost rax.

around 20 mins phoenix is fighting their team off from ur fountain while top rax is taken.

anyways this game was pretty much over when they warded ur jungle and bot fed.
