well, u should have post it with the accurate time.Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer) But anyway, that was at 19 min (in-game timer) , did not see any Excessive FF. But he actually went to afk, i have seen so much games when we could win, but my teamates have been going to afk after how lost only a 1 line. For that i guess he should get a punishment though.
