idk if 1 time would make a difference but like i said at around 10 minutes in he ran straight for wolf in the woods for crit damage for his devour.

Well I've played with him twice, couldn't get the first replay but at the 10 mins he went straight to that alpha wolf... I mean, who would search there at the first place? he could've backed up a little bit to search on his jungle but no... I'll try to play against him one more time to get another replay but I'm pretty sure this guy was maphacking...
There's also a time that I went farming on our jungle and he was coming directly against me, then I backed up a little bit and he got back in lane, near end game
