Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): He started being afk more than 10 minutes before the game ended around the 20 minute mark. He moved to avoid being kicked. Also he moved tiny a few times out from being invulnerable to try to give kills.
Any further thoughts:

Other team didn't kick when I told them he was being afk for more than 5 minutes but he was avoiding it.
