Get time stamps that are more accurate. 1-15 doesn't help much.

Why is there any need to add time stamps? 1-15 means first 15 minutes of the game. In any event I'm giving radio 10 days for feeding because it was blatantly obvious and I'm giving whysoserious 2 1/2 days for trying to kick darkgreen when he wasn't doing anything wrong aka votekick abuse. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
