13oomheadshot seems to think that just because he's got higher ELO he doesn't need to follow rules. At around ~9min he gets angry because I didn't cast lance and then votekicked me so he could have my radiance. I didn't even have lance so basically he kicked for no reason.

pretty dumb not to skill lance though, understand why they kicked you. But everyone in the game should get banned then for typing !yes if it was abuse?

levels stats and dopplewalk..i come to gank mid, the guy just runs away to forest. says lance wouldnt have helped get the kill (not that he didnt even skill it) 0-0-0 for the whole game.. if thats not throwing im not sure what is.
p.s. i didnt take ur radiance either.

Based on your personal opinion? That's not really relevant to the rules here. I had radiance on PL by 10 minutes so I would've easily farmed and carried. 140 mana for lance is useless unless you're ganking and I'd rather farm than gank early with PL. Its safer and the gold is assured. But again, all of this is pretty irrelevant to the rules. Fact of the matter is, 13oomheadshot didn't votekick me for breaking rules, he just got upset that he died and didn't like the way I was playing.

Rules are rules? If you watched the replay, you'd see that the other team voted for no stated reason, and that a few people didn't vote till they saw me come out of forest with radiance in 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden they knew they lost and decided to vote yes.

What's the point of lying lol, I uploaded the replay so there really isn't anything you can say to change the facts.
Replay clearly shows:
1) I didn't have lance
2) I never asked you to come rambo and feed mid.
3) You getting upset over dying, and then votekicking me right when I finished radiance
4) You never said anything about me throwing, what you DID say was that I wasn't needed. (Clearly not true since you got wrecked without me)
5) My stats shows pretty clearly that I don't throw games lmao.

Any more excuses?

Lance creates one image. One +dmg does not carry over to images, only stats, so image does effectively no damage at low level unless you have diffusal or radiance. So either you're just blustering and trying to create a reason for votekicking when you did it solely out of being angry, or you're actually bad at this game and believe what you just wrote even though I just proved you wrong.

Either way its irrelevant to the RULES of this server.
