Any further thoughts: Dunno how to actually label this. He refuses to do anything and waits for everyone to die instead of playing(note: not fountain griefing just staying back firing random birds). Don't know how to describe it better. He started acting all big and mighty to begin with and then he just refused to contribute to team. Don't know if he can be banned for this but I find it ruined the game completely. Never seen anyone hold on to never use phoenix ulti until the 24 minute mark.

I agree this behavior constitutes attempted ruining / throwing, and thanks for reporting. I hate these types of players almost more than silent feeder/throwers.

As op stated, for the majority of the game phoenix does no engage with the team, but literally stands motionless outside of the battle waiting for the team to die - then comes in to pick off a kill if possible. Almost every skirmish phoenix is nearby u will see him doing this. It's unacceptable, trollish, and IMO it ruined this game
