Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):
Right before level 14 (at 26:00 and at 27:00 again Ch1LLer21 says "They send mass now!!").

Just before level 20 (38:30 "3x demons and kraken" and on 39:00 just when enemy team sends 2x infernal with that send: "3x demons 2x infernals and kraken").

Also right before level 27 (was watching replay at 4x speed and didn't catch exact time & cannot click to certain timepoints in replays watched in wc3 - green says "kk it's over")

Any further thoughts:

I know that at levels 14 and 27 it might have been obvious that enemy would send. But just before level 20 green knows the exact units and the amounts that are being sent. Also as soon as 2x infernals are also being sent, he says that in allied-chat.

For this reason I would like to request a ban on player green (Ch1LLer21) and preferably on his IP-range or whatever.. Since he hasn't played many games on the account he used here (3 total), I'm sure he has more than just 1 account..
I find the use of these kinds of cheats to gain an unfair advantage extremely low and I don't think these people will learn any time soon to be more sportsmanlike..
Maybe he also uses it in other games than just in Legion TD (like DotA etc..) and I would feel bad if he is able to continue abusing Ent's host-service privileges for this childish and unfair behaviour.

Extra comment: Yes I am aware that my verbal skills in this game were somewhat low. Some might call it "hating/flaming" even. Well I don't like people joining up for a team-game and deciding to play solo.. There's other Ent-hostbots for playing on your own..
