@DotaPlayer Could you please give the exact time and re-watch the replay? Couldn't really see what you described around the time of the chat log about item stealing.

At approximately 33:30 to 34:30 on game clock, cm - 2yrifeek takes null talisman from furion and drops it near mid base tower. Although this may be out of cheekiness, it should at least warrant a couple of hours ban to serve as a warning to all other players.

36:05 cm steals furi's null tats on top of his circle of power.

36:50 cm drops the null at base (close to mid lane).

Afks the last 4 min of the game after losing top rax. Game looks done due to too much gold/lvl difference. As you wish, since cm's action did not really impact the game and he just dropped the item at base when mentioned about reporting, I will give 6 hr ban as a warning about both instances.
