Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): There was a fogclick by pink around the 8 minute mark. He clicked on an invis ward. right before the end of the game iwill admitted to fogclick detector and im pretty sure he was maphacking as well, he just knew not to fogclick. after reviewing the game i didnt see any fogclicks from iwill, but i saw some shady playing, him attacking people in tree's and following people without sight.
Any further thoughts: Please ban. If you need replay i can upload.
