Rule player violated: He used map hack, follows us everywhere we go and knew our position, shoots arrow in the fog hits us correctly, and he has no wards placing in the map.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 7:20 minutes he shoot and killed yellow in the fog, again he almost hit viper in the correct position arrow at 14:15 of the game through fog. at 16:45 he knew where Rikimaru's position is at on top lane. at 18:50 he found me at the creep spot, and he knew i went alone so he tried to shoot arrow through fog at me. Clearly he has no wards around the map.
Any further thoughts: Please ban all of the scourges for not kicking this map hack user.
