Sideshops are not considered as legit clicks if a hero or creep or anything is around the shop (the shop does not have to be in vision).

@nabo.
It's a clear fog click when he didn't have vision on that shop until he clicked. Especially the second one is obvious. He's far away from that shop (outside of woods when I remember right).
Actually, there is no reason but do you really want me to search for suspicious gameplay ?

I did not watch the replay yet, but unless the user is standing very far away like opposite of the map and there are no creeps or heros around the shop, we cannot confirm whether the click is legit.
Why? Side shops glitch and become visible for split seconds randomly whenever something is around it, therefore we can't use DRM to confirm. This split second, often doesn't even show up in replays, but it is there. We tried clicking the shops while moving up and down in the fog area, and we were actually able to click the shops 7/10 times. Now if the player has 120ms ping, that will result in a 0.1 sec delay on the click itself, which ultimately means that, the DRM in any case will record the click incorrectly and so will FCD.
Only the "vile" secret shop will be considered for fog clicks, unless a side shop was clicked when nothing is around it.
So, if there were stuff around the shop, please provide me other evidence.

Alright. So, you talk about a typical delayed fog click. I know the difference. I've been a game moderator and later the GM admin at Dotacash for 2 years and we did the same test.
Side shop clicks are often delayed because people click on them while moving near them. It's delayed when they had vision before (the split second part you talking about).
But for these ones he didn't have vision at all before he clicked which is clearly a legit fog click.
I've banned so many guys on Dotacash for fog clicking the side shop and I can assure you that I know how to check for them/they were all legit.
Just watch the replay, especially the second one is obvious. I assure you that I won't waste your time.

@matdas
Wtf. I've never heard about that.
Is such a hot key click still visible in the DRM ?
