Rule player violated: Everyone forfeit, only Swag-tag didn't. We couldn't even get out from the fountain without not to getting killed in a few seconds.
Time of violation (specify whether you are using in-game or replay time): in game time: from 24:00, at that moment the score was 6-25 to scourge, and we already lost bottom rax. From that on not ff-ig was only stalling.
Any further thoughts: He didn't communicate, not a single word. When tinker left, he tried to take boots of travel without team consent (I suicided courier on purpose, if he only would have asked for "bot" I would have said yes, but he didn't, so it pissed me off and didn't want him to take it, so I made sure of it).

You guys all FF at 13 min of game time. it was 4-11. and your heros were definitely good enough to win that game. So i can understand him not wanting to FF right away, which he doesnt have too. I have seen many comebacks after getting owned so early. after your tinker quit no one mentioned to ff again and they didnt really fountain farm that much. so me personally i dont see a reason to ban. maybe a game moderator might feel differently but thats just my personal opinion.

You are right, after ursa, slark and legion commander got fed we had huge chance to comeback. The proof to this is that in the end the score was 7-32. What are you smoking? Because it must be hell of a stuff.

yeah obviously the end score you got owned. but that is because 4 of you gave up 13 min in. how you gonna win if 4 gave up? all im saying is ive seen plenty of games turn around after being so heavily slated early. I'm not saying you would have this game because that is just impossible to tell. however that being said i dont blame people for trying still. The not !ff rule IMO is meant to stop people from sitting in fountain for an extended period of time while the enemy just fountain farms forever when the rest of the team just wants to !FF and move on to the next.
If you dont have something constructive to add to your thread i wouldnt respond. let a Mod handle this BRQ i am just giving my input.

If we would have given up at the 13 minute mark we wouldn't have gone 7-32 in the end, would we? At the end we went out just to catch one hero, and 4 of us died in a heartbeat. We tried teaming up, nothing worked.

The game is considered over when you see an end-game message and not a moment sooner, until such time you should consider the game as active and not over.

I don't believe there is any rule that requires someone to ff a game.

Fountain farming is allowed, but if the opponent starts to fountain farm excessively and there is little to no chance of comeback, members of the losing team should !ff. Not agreeing to !ff when all other team members have clearly given up can be ban-able.

this is the only thing pertaining to what OP is talking about. however, they did not !FF when the opponent was fountain farming. They FF way before even being raxed.

I haven't watched the replay, I'm just saying that giving up and demanding that people !ff isn't exactly something to do especially if threatening with a ban, if there was excessive fountain farm the ban request should be for the opposing team. IMO

we understand the rule change, but the rule is geared towards people who are trolling by not !ff ing. If someone was not !ff ing to intentionally upset their teammates then yes, It'd be considered ban-worthy. Again, I haven't watched the replay so I don't know if he was trolling or not.

I agree that the rule does not necessarely apply to this case - I also had some games in the past where team was giving up way to early, which made me refuse !ff on a lost game as long as enemy was not fountain farming. It's just not helpful to discuss the facts on the wrong level.

The rule applies to fountain farming cases - this one aint one.

At the end, you even ran out and attacked them instead of backing up behind the fountain.
