Rule player violated: Afk fountain griefing, ruining by openly saying that's he's not "fountaining" (as the rule-breaking) but wooding during a raxx.
Time of violation (specify whether you are using in-game or replay time): Starting around 15-20minutes, then again at 35-40 minutes.
Any further thoughts: These two players were !ff-ing at 15minutes, going afk, letting sent raxx this way cause they weren't defing. Flaming all at each other while I was trying to make them play. When they started going all mad on me cause I told them I'd make a ban request, they started playing very lightly, and went back playing at 30 minutes when they saw that with my character, some dmg could be made and a win was possible. But then they kept arguing, went back afk (Example: Hashtag staying perma-invis on the sentinel riverside while the whole team was in our base raxxing) and let the game end into a loss.
N.B.: Hashtag (playing Lanaya) sold all his items after 20 minutes and then bought them again.
