Any further thoughts: Just a few examples. There are many more instances where Panda magically knows where to go. I would ordinarily attribute that to luck, but it happened too many times.

This to me is kinda suspicious, the fact that hes friends with icey nero.

20:57 Purple pings right on silencer's location. There was no wards or proof that silencer was there due to the fact that before he went there, he was neutraling.

Banning Icey_nero for maphack, unless other admins don't think its enough proof, you can unban him.
