Rule player violated: 3rd rule, purposfully not ending game but fountain farming, and prepared 6th player on enemy's team so when opposite team is trying to FF the game, one player from our side is purposefully not FF game while they stay fountian farming. Player 1-800-cry-more can be witness who was also in the game.
Time of violation (specify whether you are using in-game or replay time): 35-40mins, and he stated that fountian farming is allowed and leagal, but we all can see that they intentionally entered into fountian with out pushing any tower, it meant fountian farming to boost their stats scores.
Any further thoughts: game should be fair that is why dota game is able to survive a long time and it has a lot fans. but if we have a lot gamers disobey the rules, it causes many players to suffer. I am a dota lover i supporting this game, but with all the cheats and unfair playing strategies, it frustrated me and i think it also bother many many players too. Thank you that we have ent web that we can have a place to report unfair playings. Wining or Losing game is unimporthat, it meant to be fun not destroying it. Thank you for your support.

Fountain farming is allowed, but if the opponent starts to fountain farm excessively and there is little to no chance of comeback, members of the losing team should !ff. Not agreeing to !ff when all other team members have clearly given up can be ban-able.

As I said in the game, fountain farming is not bannable. Your team should have forfeited. The only person who held out and did not vote to forfeit was 1-800-cry-more (Storm), who is the same person you describe as a "witness" to the game. If you'd tried to votekick him, we'd have been obligated to vote !yes, but you never asked us to kick him.

Well the only thing I can do with the current fountain farming rules is that the only player to get a ban is the player who refused to !ff, 1-800-cry-more. Fountain farming rules are currently being revised but I do not know when there will be new changes implemented.

1-800-cry-more is banned for 3 days for refusal to !ff which lead to absurd fountain farming
