[DOTA] gamerlevelasian asia.battle.net

Postby handsomehero87 » Sun Oct 05, 2014 10:55 pm

Replay Link: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #77
Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #77
Your Warcraft III Username: 1-800-CRY-MORE
Violator's Warcraft III Username: gamerlevelasian
Violated Rule(s): Excessive fountain farming.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 20+ mins.
Any further thoughts: He is the main one who refused to kick our feeder and enjoyed excessive fountain farm. He didn't push properly instead he just came through our base and killed our fountain then just waited at the same spot for us to revive so he could kill over and over again. We said stop many times but he refused to hear us and kept farming til scourges creeps finally pushed themselves and finished the game. Please ban this player for god's sake. We have to ban these kind of players in dota seriously.

Very nice. And I don't get why I got banned here too. As I wrote on ban appeal, I waited the scourges to 'finish' the whole game in order to save the "whole" game replay just in case of proving it perfectly. Don't get me wrong here but seriously that was the only reason I didn't !ff. First thing is first, oj was clearly feeding scrouges and we made vote against him min.5 times but scourges denied all of votes yet said bullshits as "umad", "give him more chances" etc. Everyone in the game clearly knew that oj had new account and it was his first game which is known as bad record players make new accounts to have a new record. However scourges knew about it yet didn't care about it then took the feeding off oj continuously. Then they didnt even push properly, instead they came through our base and did excessive fountain farming. THAT IS WHY I STAYED WHOLE GAME TO SAVE THE WHOLE REPLAY. Why would I not !ff and waste my time on that stupid game??? This is totally upset decision. Hopefully he gets banned permanently in god's sake.

That is a nonsense answer. If you had forfeited, the game would have ended, so you would have had the replay for the "whole game."

As for you saying we should have kicked orange, he was pretty bad but not nearly bad enough to warrant a votekick. If anything, he was doing better than multiple players on your team. In any case, kicking bad players is against the rules. He wasn't doing anything on purpose, hence he didn't get banned. He voted to forfeit, and you didn't. You're the only person who held out, perhaps due to not understanding how the replay system works. Maybe your appeal will go through, I can't predict that. I'm sympathetic somewhat sympathetic, as it sounds like you honestly believed you needed to stay until the throne died to save a replay. For the record, you didn't. You could have ended the game sooner and had the full-length replay.

The rules make extremely clear that fountainfarming is legal, while refusing to forfeit is bannable.

Hilarious. I just saw this post and realized furion (oj) was actually friend of scourges. Just wow.
And they are saying we never tried to votekick oj?????? seriously????????

I started 3 votekicks and they were all denied by scrouges, and I told my teammates to start the vote since I couldn't start the vote againt quickly then the other votes made by my teammates were also denied.

Yet they are saying we never tried to votekick the oj???? really???
They have no brain to defend themselves here. They admitted that oj was their friend which I highly suspect that oj was "planted", but would they really kick him out? hahaha. really?

They also saying oj tried his best, but he was just away from all team battles and no single ult made while we were doing team battle neither. You see, now i feel like i got franked cauz it makes sense why oj didn't help us AT ALL and scourges are saying oh oj was trying really hard for win. Ridiculous.

If you look at the oj's score, he was absolutely feeding til mid-ending game and of course he got little better items after 40 mins which scourges claimed that "by 40 mins, he had some good items which shows that he was trying for the win". What about the beginning of the game through the 40 mins then?

We also said in allies that dg (pa) could be map hacking cauz he just backs away every single time we go for him to gank. Highly recommended to read the whole sent's log. This proves that oj was also showing/telling our moves to scourges.

Rules are rules. It's good to see that dg (pa) is banned, hopefully he gets ip-banned permanently since those kinds of cheap players should be stayed away from dota seriously.
And it's good to see them admitting oj was friend of scourges, but they all should get punished hard for that. What about 4 other sent players? Why should those 4 players waste time on that kind of rigged, friend-planted game and get stress out of it? Isn't the purpose of the playing game is to get the stress off and enjoy it?

You're now talking about a different game, which you were not in. Mael is my friend and was on the other team in the game link you just posted. I admitted that, as did Mael, and we'll see how the mods handle it. I'll take whatever punishment they see fit. Mael was not on your team in the game for which you got banned, and no one has said a single thing about orange being good or trying to win. Orange obviously sucked, but so did the rest of your team. Why would I deny it here? In any case, the mods can check the IP addresses and see that it's not Mael.

As for you trying to get out of your ban by claiming that you tried to votekick orange, not so fast. You tried to votekick him early in the game for allegedly feeding, which was patently untrue. You never tried to kick him while your fountain was being farmed. More importantly, you yourself never voted to FF, so the votekicks are irrelevant.

Hahaha. Funny. rules make extremely clear that fountain farming is legal? You forgot something there. "excessive fountain farming is illegal". that is shown in #4 rule if you type !rules in the game. Please don't be sneaky here.

[ENT] DotA apem us/ca #77

This is the game that Im talking about here. Isn't it the game ur talking about it too huh?

And now ur saying I tried to votekick oj. But in the earlier articles u said we "never" tried to votekick oj.

You are just making excuses over and over. Now what, are u gonna say like "oh i meant u 'never' tried to votekick him in mid-ending game"?

As I said, please don''t be sneaky here. Just please stop.

1. The in-game rules list hasn't been updated. Here's a link to the current rules:

http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?title=EntGaming:DotARules

Be sure to read the very last one. This is why you got banned, and why I didn't.

2. The game in which you got banned was apem #77. The game in which my friend was on the other team was apem # 56 (https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=4399687 - the furion in that game)

3. No one cares that you tried to votekick orange in the earlier part of the game. If your vote had passed, that would have been votekick abuse. The only thing that matters is that you didn't try to stop that fountainfarm.

I originally thought you were being honest and didn't understand what was going on here. Now you're just lying. I withdraw my support for your appeal.

Oh ok, now i get it then. It was two different game, my bad for misunderstanding.

Now, it's very weird that ur friend 'mael' was also furion on the other game and was on different team again and helping you out. That's why I got confused. hmm? Isn't it way too suspicious? Is it just simple coincident?

Same topic, same reason, same thing happened in 2 different games.

So the oj who was on my team wasn't ur friend 'mael' again? What im saying is, 2 different game, 2 different furions, isn't that all ur friend 'mael' then?

No, you can see that one of them is from Canada and one of them isn't. ROFL. More importantly, in the game with YOU it wasn't furion who held out on the forfeit vote. It was YOU.

There have been like four ban requests on me for killing fountains. I do it all the time. No coincidence there, though I have a feeling that I may have gone too far and the rules may change.

@handsomehero87

If you think its a valid case, repost this ban request with less crap.

Furion from the game of this brq was not the same furion on the other brq. So,...zzzzzzzzzzzz

Fountain farming is allowed and nabs who cannot fight back at their own fountain, are supposed to !ff.

I am not gonna bother reading offtopics. Read the rules and make urself a case.
