People are so jumpy to accuse map-hack these days, I was just in a DotA game and 2 other players on enemy team's accused me of map-hack all game & me and my team laughed at them cause i was riki and scouted there woods but i guess that is (map-hack) now cause I scouted. @Agreements just ignore them, kids are sad now a days.

I was banned by n00b (written in red) aka Everything aka Agreements too, a few days ago, I flamed in this game I wont deni it but he didnt told that he is an admin. He can easily mute / warn me if I do something wrong or against the rules but he just banned me. I think he takes this game too serious. Infact its a game and not reallife. Atleast he should tell the people that he is an admin in the first place.

Since this is a mh request on a staff, I watched the replay from 1-21 min and 28-31min, most of the game.

08:44 vision of blue running towards bot rune, probably bottom gank. Why? Blue killed brown with dd(so rune probably gone) + there wont be a new rune at 9:00minute(actually there was a image rune, but its how I would think anyway if I had no vision).
09:08 slark backs when blue is just about to gank. 09:17 slark goes back to kill bs just when blue backs away.
09:26 slark sees blue's image. Slark never had vision of blue having images previously, so normally, he should back away as soon as he sees blue with bs. But, he continues to chase bs as if he knows it is an image. He backed when he first saw blue initially(real one), but does not care when he sees him again(image) the second time= suspicious.
11:05 slark sees neutral corpses (hint: enemy hero farmed it). Since lc had vision of slark killing top lane wave creeps, it is more reasonable that lc backed off and perhaps is farming ancients(somewhere more safe) or went somewhere safer. = bleh, but reasonable.
18:30 slark respawns and tps top. What is wrong with this? Enemy heros were around jungle, so two other teammates, pink and brown, were also around the area. As slark enters jungle, he had diagonal vision on LC at 18:32 from afar and slark chased him since, but failed.
18:47 In slark's mind, it is either that LC tped somewhere safe at sidehsop or he ran away. So, he was going to proceed to last hit a wave creep, but LC ulties him. LC almost kills slark, but fails because right after LC's ult, slark ults = nothing suspicious since yellow was the one who initiated.
19:19 slark fails leap and dies by bs. Honestly, if I had mh and I already knew there was a bs in the game, I would have tped at top side shop or run another way, instead of risk dying like that.
Slark has vision over blue going towards secret shop until 20:36. Pugna daggered towards ancients at 20:38, but note, slark had no vision of pugna.
20:46 No idea why slark uses ult without any vision on target. Maybe intuition due to prior hints, but hmm. He proceeds to kill pugna who was in fog = suspicious.
28:50 Slark gets ganked by bs. He doesnt bm early nor ult early. He dies.
30:20 When you ethenal, both the caster and the targeted hero loses ms, so leaping and hitting you thinking that you would run tat way is reasonable. Your fault u dove in there.

In conclusion, your 18-19 timestamp incident is the weakest evidence amongst the ones I have listed. The 20:30-20:50 incident is suspicious, but not enough to ban a staff. There were indeed cases where he could have avoided or played better with mh. Will need more series of suspicious gameplays. You can PM me more timestamps and replays. Until then, denied.

Moreover, try not to accuse people of mh ingame. Why? 1) you do not have 100% evidence, therefore, you cannot claim them as valid. 2) people are able to turn off mh during the game, therefore, you are affecting the case if you suspect + alert someone they are using mh.

Dont break a rule. Your behaviour shouldnt be affected whether there is a mod/admin ingame or not IF you are normally a rule-abiding player. Whether a moderator gives either a warning or a temporary ban, is his choice. Only time this can be an issue, is if the ban itself is unreasonable. In your case, it does not seem like it.
