Any further thoughts:

Player isuckatdotatoo on the scourge was intentionally (or grossly negligently) feeding and had a KD score of 0-8 at the first votekick. Both dirtyharry and revenge (on the sentinel) refused to vote !yes to kick him. He continued to feed throughout the game and ended with a score of 1-13.

This is in clear violation of the general protocol described on the ENT rules: "Votekicking: You must votekick a player who has broken any of the above rules. Failure to do so may result in a temporary ban."

Neither player believed they could be banned for not votekicking an intentional feeder. I think it is only appropriate to show them otherwise.
