This is a tricky one, please don't judge by end stats. He did pretty good, but it is too suspicious and I think he went for a good k/d ratio but wanted to lose the game itself! (Please look into his alt acc-s.)

At 45:00, we pushed mid lane and killed enemy heroes and destroyed mid rax. As we destroyed both mid rax, visage and me went for the top rax, BH didn't join us, instead he destroyed unnecessary buildings and killed creeps.
Around 46:00 as we finished top, I pinged bot rax. Visage headed bot, but BH was still busy with creeps. I tped back to our base becasue sentinel creeps were threating our final 2 rax. Visage with BH could have destroyed bot to get mega at this point.

Around 49:00 after many times I said to him to go and backdoor sentinel bot rax, finally he says "Ok", but doesn't even go, heads to Roshan.

And here is where everything gets interesting:
49:50 BH kills Rosh, drops BKB(!), picks up Aegis, then drops Buriza, eats cheese, and picks up Buriza back, BUT leaves BKB on the ground, and doesn't send courier for it. BKB will be there for the rest of the game. He doesn't pick it up, doesn't sell for gold, he just goes for the kills to get gold for Heart. He has over 500 games. No one with that many games would just drop BKB on ground, leave it there for the rest of the game, and go creeping and killing heroes for gold to buy Heart.
(I didn't even notice this in game, because I was busy defending, but saw while watching replay.)

Around 52:00 I head to bot rax, manage to destroy tower, BH stands invis in mid. After I die and all enemy heroes are alive, he goes for tree, but has low AS and DMG. Sentinel heroes catch and kill him.

Any further thoughts: I went afk around 24:00, I even paused the game and asked everyone to wait, because I had to get the door and sign for a package.

Backdooring alone is not possible - even for him.

He killed the buildings and creeps to let scourge creeps push faster. He picked up the bkb shortly after rosh but preferred the crit.

I dont consider what he did as game ruining/refusing to play/throwing. Denied.
