[b]Any further thoughts:[it is not the first time they preteamed but first time i report them. They were dg (xaxaxa), green (LoCo_bAbZi) and purp (kerpich). I was brown. First turn obviously dg and purp were friends cause dg let him have bulgaria whereas he first put his man back to avoid anyone to take it. But without talking he put it far from his base to let purp have it. 27min you can see dg and green were preteamers and at 31 min purp dg and green. There is no specific rules for risk devo but i m sure preteaming is not allowed especially for a ffa game. Thx]
