Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 23 - 26 minutes he blinks out of no where with no ward in sight. I checked to see if it was warded
Any further thoughts: My team orginally thought this guy was maphacking on multiple occassions. Just random blink ins and grabs. I suspect user also has other alt accounts or banned accounts.

One incident isn't really enough to ban. Do you have any other incidents that show he is probably maphacking?
