Violated Rule(s): Maphacker
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): The most blatant I figured was 33:00ish, accused him of it to mark time and watched replay to confirm his fogclick on an invis phantom lancer
Any further thoughts: Pretty obvious maphacker. Fukuindaassnubs is pretty obviously maphacking too but didnt find any fogclicks, just obvious avoiding/running straight to people while lothared.

You linked the wrong game maybe?

I don't see "inorout" in this game.

Also don't see a phantom lancer on either team.

Jeez why? Makes it so much easier to catch cheaters and gives no advantage against non-cheaters.
