After reviewing the replay. I see 2 things

*lack of communication

and

* harassing an ally instead of helping ally isn't something helpful. Perhaps, instead of giving him threats you could of given him advice.

I did not see Blue be afk throughout the game and I do not see any foul play. I, myself would personally would deny the request.
