ive played with jaguar before.. he is not a thrower. and your link btw, shows that you kicked him by vote, and doesnt include the actual replay itself... maybe you should read the instructions for posting ban request and follow them. its not the admins' responsibility to find replays for you.

Reviewing. @coldkiller3 there is no reason to make such comments and attaching replay file isnt a must, i prefer better the link from stats.

Rules says you cant leave with merc before level 29, and he left after level 29. So i would deny your ban request.

Still i am going to review it with another mod.

They clearly say leave for us to win in the replay right at the end. You know it's true and you are not banning because is not yet a rule. Eh some technicality, but the truth is he left the game for his team to win because merc cannot build. Ban, don't ban IDC, and deep down you know it's unlawful and actually a cheat, but if it's fine by ENT rules gr8. We will all do it.

It is a rule:
Picking the Mercenary race and leaving after level 29 is now considered game ruining.

I might concider banning Priceless. too or at least give him a warning.

@tedro32 The rules say that leaving AFTER lvl 29 is forbidden, if you have mercenary. Not the other way around.
