Upon reviewing the replay and his stats (1 game in total), I think he is just new to the game and suck at it and not intentionally feeding someone and left later. In this case I think autoban will take care of it. Will be processed when a mod reviews this case.

if hes new he should have respected not going mid so someone whos more experiance can play solo mid for the team.. so my guess is that he was in some manners trowing by not listning to team when guided to other lanes since hes new to game.

If hes new he should have respected not going mid so someone whos more experiance can play solo mid for the team.. so my guess is that he was in some manners trowing by not listning to team when guided to other lanes since hes new to game but still ignoring and going mid and feeding to such a extent that it was impossible for team to win would say it deserves some ban for future awarness and playing with repect towards rest of the team whether hes new or pro.

Hi, when I checked the replay he was already banned by autoban for I believe for 2 days. I think for the first time that should be enough of a warning. IF he acts similarly in the future by feed then he will be banned for feeding and game throwing.

Well he looks like a new player, and considering he got autobanned for 2 days, not gonna take any more actions on it. However if you find him acting like this again, feel free to post a new ban request and tag me (@) and i'll look upon it.
