@ 13 mins - In replay we had clearly already started to run back because we were out numbered and ganked, husk had begun to run towards the action a bit late.

Husk doesnt stop and doesnt listen, 1v5 straight into all their heros.
This behavior continues all game, sometimes hes just playing bad... other times he clearly doesnt care that he could stop what hes doing and not feed and just suicides

pretty much everyone else on hectors team had about double his assists and slightly more than (or less than) half his deaths, to not even mention the kills.
Several vks throughout game, at no point did anyone on the opposing team vote to kick him nor did they seem concerned about a potential warning/ban from their lack of action during somewhat obvious game ruining. For the first vk all of hector's teammates voted to kick him and it was made clear in all-chat that we had been telling him for some time to get back/not go in before he suicided into 5 enemy heros completely by himself.
