Violated Rule(s): 4ilahim would send on random rounds alone. I believe he sent 4,6,8 alone even after we told him not to. k,c87 didnt heal on 10 after being told to.

K.c87@useast.battle.net banned 1 day for Refuse/Avoid to Heal.
4ilahim@europe.battle.net banned 12 hours as warning for Refusal to Cooperate.
